Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations in the Highway Improvement Program.
• Develop testing methods to ensure accurate payments to contractors and document results.
• Compile information for Investigative Summary Reports and present to the Northern Construction Quality Engineer.
• Adhere to departmental safety rules and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
