Enbridge is seeking a Sr Civil Engineer in Houston to provide expert civil and structural support for compressor station facilities across expansion and maintenance projects. You will guide third‑party firms and collaborate with internal teams to integrate designs into final deliverables.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 6+ years of experience, and knowledge of US oil and gas standards. Hybrid work options are available under Enbridge's FlexWork program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience
• Knowledgeable with regulatory and industry codes/standards for the oil and gas industry in the US.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compressor station facilities are designed in accordance with regulations, industry codes and corporate standards.
• Provide interpretations and ensure compliance to Enbridge standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide engineering expertise and solutions for design challenges.
• Manage the execution of design deliverables by third-party firms within budget and schedule.
• Review and approve design deliverables such as drawings, reports and material listings.
• Review vendor quotations and provide technical evaluations for selections.
• Incorporate lessons learned into future designs.
• Support department initiatives as required.
