Qualifications

• Professional Civil Engineer license in California (PE).
• Minimum five years of paid, full-time relevant experience; two years in related position while licensed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for municipal projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and regulations.
• Oversee project execution, procurement, and contract administration.
