Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• EIT certification preferred or in process.
• Minimum three years of full-time civil/site development experience; internships not counted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience essential; Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil/site projects within the Special Projects Division, including linear utility, street, design/build, and transportation work.
• Lead project tasks, coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources; conduct site visits as needed.
• Mentor team members and support professional growth.
• Engage with clients to deliver customized, high-quality service throughout the project lifecycle.
