Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited university.
• Eight years of civil/environmental engineering experience.
• Minimum of four years in cold climate engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering design services for sanitation and health facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct inspections.
• Provide technical support and field design change approvals.
• Oversee project activities, staff, and budgets.
• Delegate tasks and conduct performance evaluations.
