Job summary

iCatalyst, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our federal program team in the Egg Harbor, NJ area. This hybrid role requires onsite availability as needed and a strong background in airport pavement engineering and data analysis.

The candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research and deliver technical reports and recommendations. Requirements include 15+ years in civil/pavement engineering, ability to interpret lab results, and a PE license preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil or pavement engineering experience required.
• Experience with pavement engineering, materials, transportation infrastructure, or airport engineering.
• Experience interpreting laboratory testing results and engineering performance data.
• Experience preparing engineering reports and technical documentation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level engineering support for airport pavement research and development.
• Analyze laboratory and field pavement testing data to evaluate material performance.
• Perform engineering evaluations supporting airport pavement design, construction acceptance, and pavement performance research.
• Develop technical recommendations based on analyses and research findings.
• Support development and refinement of pavement testing methods, specifications, and advisories.
• Review laboratory data and documentation for technical accuracy and standards conformity.
• Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and presentations.
• Collaborate with lab personnel and subject matter experts to resolve engineering issues.
• Present findings in project meetings, briefings, and conferences.
