Job summary

Onward Search in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater, and hydrology/hydraulic calculations. This is a direct-hire role with hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri flexible). Salary range is $100,000–$140,000 plus discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8–12 years of land development experience.
• Experience with civil engineering software and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project efforts across design stages and manage client relationships.
• Oversee land development projects including grading, drainage, stormwater, hydrology and hydraulics.
