LeoForce is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead civil design and land development efforts in San Diego. You will plan, design, and execute complex projects, guiding a multidisciplinary team to meet client and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and staff, while maintaining high-quality deliverables and strong client relationships. This role emphasizes mentorship, business development, and professional excellence within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required).
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience (or 18 years total industry experience).
• 5+ years of management experience, including supervision of technical teams.
• Strong background in land development, public works, and infrastructure design.
• Local experience in San Diego County and California jurisdictions strongly preferred.
• Expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Active participation in professional and community organizations is encouraged.
