What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Licensure as an engineer (E.I.T.) and professional engineer (P.E.) in any state
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, including civil and site design in urban and rural settings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2021, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with the ability to adapt to new software updates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with clients and the public
• Familiarity with municipal approval processes and ability to identify and market company capabilities to clients
