We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing Civil Engineering Department. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work on a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use developments, single-family subdivisions, commercial sites, and government facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and preparation of site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform calculations and write reports for stormwater management, storm drainage, and water quality treatment systems.
• Conduct site visits for analysis, data collection, monitoring, and soils testing for septic and stormwater systems.
• Work towards developing client relationships and interacting with community officials, consultants, and regulatory boards to present site plans.
• Support a learning environment for project engineers and other supervised employees, helping them advance in their careers.
• Progress toward obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in site design.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in stormwater design and performing related calculations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of land use projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
