• Salary: $100,000 - $135,000

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer License or the ability to obtain it within a year
• Minimum 3 years' experience in civil design or engineering
• Proficiency in Civil 3D / AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
• Concrete and structural steel design or engineering experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Direct design and draft site layouts, grading, storm and sanitary systems
• Design and draft asphalt, concrete paving, and slabs
• Obtain zoning and EPA permits, attend zoning meetings, and support variances if needed
• Coordinate and manage internal survey crews
• Review and seal civil drawings for submission to jurisdictions
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, zoning officials, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
