Job description

LevelUp Consulting is a civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture consulting firm specializing in the land development industry. We are currently seeking a senior level civil engineer with experience in land development.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain Client relationships
• Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth in the land development market
• Leading and training a team of young engineers and support staff

Position Requirements :

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• PE license in the State of Florida. Licenses in other southeastern states a plus.
• 5+ years managing staff and mentoring younger engineers
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work outside and perform site inspections at active and potential construction sites.
• Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences
