Job summary

You will oversee senior staff, direct complex programs, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires a civil engineering degree (Bachelor and Master) and at least 20 years of consulting experience, with proven ability to lead multiple project teams, travel up to 25%, and ensure QA/QC across projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 20 years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead multiple large project teams.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive water resources programs with significant staff and coordination.
• Align structure, staffing, and training with company values and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with senior PMs on complex business and client matters.
• Execute legal and contractual commitments for the firm per guidelines.
• Ensure all work meets risk management and quality standards (QA/QC).
• Lead large, multidisciplinary projects as Project Manager.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance on management issues.
• Manage projects with fees up to $5 million.
• Negotiate with executive-level client and partner representatives.
• Lead external presentations and industry events.
