Qualifications

• 10 years' CAD/Civil 3D experience required, with at least 5 years in detailed land development.
• Certification in CAD software and Civil 3D platform.
• GIS experience is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on residential and site infrastructure projects.
• Develop, modify, and review models, plans, and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with Engineers, CAD Designers, Technicians, and sub-consultants.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate design and technical aspects.
• Support Project Manager with schedules and budgets.
• Quality control review before release.
