Job summary

C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our area operations.

You will manage civil construction projects with budgets from $550k to $15 million, coordinating scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, changes, and cash flows to meet deadlines. The role requires 5+ years of private and public project management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil construction project management and site development experience.
• Experience managing private and public projects from $550k to $15 million.
• Proficient in scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, cash flows, and marketing.
• Experience supervising construction operations to meet schedule and budget.
• Knowledge of local ordinances, permits, and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Background checks and drug screening; valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more civil construction projects efficiently within time and budget.
• Monitor project status and suggest improvements to the Area Manager.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with job specs and company policies.
• Review daily reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
