Qualifications

• 5+ years in civil construction project management
• Experience managing private/public projects from $550k–$15M
• Experience in scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, cash flows and marketing
• Ability to supervise projects to on-time delivery within budget
• Knowledge of local ordinances and permits; OSHA and safety programs
• Drug screening and background checks; Florida driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, and cash flows
• Monitor performance to deliver on time and within budget
• Coordinate with Area Manager on crew size, methods and safety
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and equal employment programs
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and maintain daily reports
• Verify permits and adherence to local laws
• Review daily reports for accuracy and timeliness
