Total Civil Construction is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The role oversees planning, safety, cost, quality, and contract compliance while coordinating with clients, regulators, and subcontractors to achieve successful project delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field plus five years of related experience.
• Able to coach, discipline, train, develop others and delegate effectively.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates project personnel to ensure on-schedule progression within budget and safety guidelines.
• Establishes goals for project and team; leads and develops others, conducts weekly scheduling and budgeting meetings.
• Manages relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction, profitability, and timely delivery.
