Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing civil construction projects (earthworks, roads, bridges, utilities).
• Ability to interpret and review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and procurement activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor progress, resolve site-related issues, and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare reports, cost estimates, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Support contract administration, change orders, and closeout activities.
