Job summary

Cajun Industries, LLC is seeking a Civil Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and oversee assigned construction projects in Texas. You will coordinate with field staff, engineers, subcontractors and owners to achieve Cajun and client goals within schedule and budget parameters, while championing safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires 10+ years of construction management experience, preferably with Petro-chemical projects, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with 8+ years in CM or for petro-chemical projects.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities; proven organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of assigned construction projects ensuring schedule and budget compliance.
• Lead bid preparation, procurement planning, and development of the overall proposal process.
• Monitor progress, review change orders, and manage safety and quality programs.
