Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Ten years of relevant engineering experience with leadership in projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects in industrial settings is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and project teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Review and manage project changes and cost performance.
