Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 5-7 years of related experience.
• Strong foundation in marketing, communications, and administration.
• Assists with preparation of high-quality films, case study reports, and presentations.
• Assists in designing an AI‑enhanced tracking and evaluation system.
• Excellent written and oral communication for a global audience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Commitment to inclusive democratic participation and cultural competency.
• Experience coordinating with youth networks and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Implement timely, effective marketing and communications plans for the FYBY initiative.
• Work with the Executive Director and Program Manager to achieve goals for engaging marginalized students.
• Manage administrative tasks, contracts, and honoraria for participants.
• Organize and coordinate virtual and in‑person gatherings and travel logistics.
• Develop partnerships with Youth Networks for recruitment and collaboration.
• Support youth‑led participatory action research projects and policy outputs.
• Coordinate dissemination of scholarly work to a global audience.
