Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Citrix environments across On-Premises and Cloud. The role covers Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, Workspace, and image management in a hybrid Cloud/On-Prem setup.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and be able to drive modernization initiatives while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise Citrix environments across On-Premises and Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience required.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, DaaS, NetScaler/ADC, Workspace, image management, performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments across On-Prem and Cloud.
• Administer and manage Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and on-prem Citrix deployments.
• Configure and support Citrix ADC (NetScaler Gateway) for secure remote access.
• Perform capacity planning, scalability assessments, and environment optimization.
• Lead Citrix platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Support cloud workloads on Microsoft Azure and AWS, including hybrid environments.
