Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer to provide technical leadership and advanced engineering support for enterprise customers.

You will design, deploy, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops across on-premises and cloud environments, and mentor junior admins. You will serve as escalation point for complex issues, coordinate solutions with cross-functional teams, and help test and approve changes for production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Citrix engineering experience.
• Senior engineering, architecture or escalation support in enterprise Citrix environments.
• Experience with change-control processes and coordinated testing.
• Citrix certifications (CCE-V, CCE-AppDS) required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, operate, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Design and manage Citrix NetScaler/ADC services including Gateway and policy configuration.
• Build and support Citrix environments in Azure/AWS and on-premise data centers.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Citrix admins and share knowledge.
• Provide senior escalation support and coordinate troubleshooting across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintain runbooks.
