Job summary
ADT is seeking a Cloud Citrix Analyst to support, operate, and optimize Citrix DaaS/CVAD across a hybrid footprint, including on‑prem data centers and Google Cloud. The role covers NetScaler/ADC, and underlying compute platforms such as VMware, HCI, and GCE.
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to ensure secure access, reliability, and performance; monitor health, RCA, and participate in incident/change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting Citrix environments and hybrid infra platforms.
- Experience supporting Windows Server and Active Directory-integrated environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtual desktop/application environments across on-prem and Google Cloud platforms.
- Support on-prem infrastructure including VMware ESXi/vCenter environments underpinning Citrix and workloads.
- Support hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms and lifecycle activities.
- Support cloud-native compute platforms including Google Compute Engine (GCE) for Citrix-hosted workloads.
- Administer and support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, PVS, MCS, and Workspace.
- Support NetScaler/ADC and gateway components for secure access, load balancing, and traffic management.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and service requests.
