Job summary

RMantra Solutions seeks an experienced Citrix Architect to design, deploy, and optimize CVAD solutions on-prem and in cloud environments. You will serve as the SME for the Citrix stack, including Adc/NetScaler and WEM, while automating infrastructure with PowerShell.

Required are 8+ years with CVAD/Citrix ADC in HA setups, TS/SCI clearance, and DoD 8570 IAT II certification; a technical bachelor’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with CVAD (on-prem & Citrix Cloud) and Citrix ADC in HA config.
• Bachelors in a technical field; 10+ years experience may substitute for degree.
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy in virtualized env.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy CVAD solutions on-premise and in cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Serve as SME for Citrix stack: CVAD, ADC, StoreFront, and WEM.
• Automate infrastructure management and deployment using PowerShell.
• Integrate security controls per DoD/DISA; perform vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and maintain architecture docs, runbooks, and DR plans.
• Monitor and optimize Citrix performance, latency, and capacity; root-cause analysis.
• Lead platform upgrades, data center migrations, and cloud service integrations.
• Design user profile/data management with ProfileUnity and User Layering.
• Familiar with Citrix and Liquidware integration.
