Job summary

AleraInfoTech is seeking an experienced network engineer to support enterprise LAN, security, data center, and campus networks across North America. You will install and support Cisco WLCs and APs, provision equipment on DNAC, and integrate ISE with VPN and wired/wireless infrastructure.

Candidates should have strong Cisco ISE, DNAC expertise, and be able to develop ISE rules with documentation to meet project goals; experience with 802.11 standards and WLAN troubleshooting is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers (5500s, 9800s) and Cisco Aironet access points.
• Strong understanding of Cisco ISE infrastructure and AAA.
• Experience implementing Cisco SDA, DNAC with wireless technologies and Meraki solutions.
• Proficient with Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, PagerDuty, Data Dog & ThousandEyes.
• Solid knowledge of WLAN technologies and 802.11 standards; good problem solving with analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support for Enterprise LAN, Security, Data Center, and Campus Network platforms across North America locations.
• Install, configure, and support network WLCs and Access Points.
• Provisioning of network wireless equipment/AP on DNAC.
• Implement and integrate Cisco ISE with wired data, wireless infrastructure, and VPN; posture and client provisioning.
• Builds and analyzes ISE rules to comply with client network security policies.
• Develop ISE rules scripts with change documentation to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot ISE & DNAC issues and coordinate site surveys for full facility coverage.
