Job summary

All Native Group in Washington, DC is seeking an Enterprise Wireless Network Engineer with Cisco SDN expertise to support a Wireless Implementation and Support contract. You will design, implement, and maintain the network, provide Tier 3 support, and collaborate with the Sr.

WiFi team Lead to meet project needs. You will work on Cisco DNA, ISE, WLC, SDA, and related security controls, perform site surveys, patches, and documentation, and travel occasionally for installations and support.

Qualifications

• Occasional travel availability required.
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE, CMX, DNA, and SD Access.
• Deep WLAN, network management, and security knowledge (IEEE 802.11 standards).
• Experience testing wireless products (APs, controllers, client devices).
• Security protocols and authentication practices; RADIUS/ISE/MFA familiarity.
• Hands-on with site survey tools (Ekahau Site Survey).
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco Enterprise Wireless Network using DNA, ISE, WLC, Hyperflex/virtual servers, and monitoring tools.
• Apply patches, upgrades, and security compliance on network devices.
• Operate and maintain Cisco Software Defined Access solutions.
• Analyze network topologies, traffic, and capacity needs.
• Create technical manuals and operating procedures; maintain documentation.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
• Perform server and virtual network administration duties.
• Assist with site surveys, requirements gathering, and deployment planning.
• Travel locally for installations and support as needed.
• Participate in special projects and network design/documentation.
