Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience providing Voice Operations support services.
• Ability to implement, configure, operate Cisco platforms.
• Must pass a 10 Year Federal background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate Cisco VoIP and Messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot voice quality and network QoS issues.
• Resolve complex incidents and support business critical platforms.
