CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Administrator in Quantico, VA to deliver Tier I-III support for a global government enterprise collaboration system.

Qualifications

• IAT III (CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, GCIH or CISSP/Associate)
• ITIL v3 (desired)
• Professional series Certification with a focus on UC Collaboration
• 7 Years related experience

Responsabilités

• Support the UC architecture including identifying and resolving enterprise level issues/outages, implementing complex call routing schemes, securing VoIP configurations, both classified and unclassified in accordance with DISA STIGs, configuring logging, firewall traversal, performing upgrades and patches, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct Change, Incident, Service Request, Problem, Configuration, and Asset Management per client SOPs.
• Conduct and document monthly ECS Network Architecture Reviews, identify security vulnerabilities and report corrective actions.
• Provide network documentation to support accreditation, auditing and operations per DoD 8510.01.
• Review network traffic statistics, equipment, and configurations to provide utilization, capacity, optimization and security reports.
• Coordinate with DoD and government partners to ensure voice and video communication capabilities across organizations.
• Operate as the highest level of support for an Enterprise UC environment.
• Conduct onsite surveys to identify requirements to facilitate installation/decommission of equipment and systems.
• Perform installation and initial connection of equipment and systems locally and remotely.
• Perform preventive maintenance, during non-core hours on the system per OEM and SOPs.
• Implement QoS strategies in local and enterprise environments.
• Work with defense & intelligence agencies to develop and deploy QoS policies per DISA/HQMC and client policies.
• Provide technical advice on the configuration of network QoS.
• Configure, maintain, and operate videoconferencing servers for centralized patching and provisioning of GEN VTC endpoints.
• Coordinate with agencies to deploy QoS policies and configure Enterprise VTC System.
• Execute upgrades and lifecycle maintenance to all UC systems as directed by the UC lead.
• Provide day-to-day upkeep of directory servers including directory management, patching, and COOP/DR.
