Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• 5+ years supporting Cisco enterprise environments in a senior engineering or architecture role.
• Expert in enterprise network design and infrastructure modernization.
• Experience with federal/regulatory environments.
• Strong technical writing for government-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Cisco enterprise networking environments.
• Lead architecture for core, distribution, access, and edge networks.
• Align network security with NIST SP 800-53 and 800-207.
• Implement segmentation, micro-segmentation, identity-aware access controls, least privilege.
• Lead Cisco ISE / NAC deployments, review firewall policies, integrate with SIEM/NDR.
• Develop architecture diagrams, implementation plans, validation procedures, rollback plans.
• Serve as senior advisor to CBO stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
