Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Network Administration experience designing, deploying, and managing network infrastructure including routers, switches, LAN/WAN, VPN and wireless networks.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Cisco switches and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficient with RADIUS, TACACS+, and 802.1x using Cisco ISE.
• Knowledge of security hardening standards and CIS/NIST/STIG guidance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, implementation, and execution of IT network solution projects and upgrades.
• Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime and optimize data flow.
• Perform regular network maintenance including firmware updates, patch management, and hardware replacements.
• Provide technical support and generate reports on network performance and incidents.
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot network security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation actions.
• Develop and enforce network security policies and disaster recovery plans.
