Job summary

Cloud Destinations LLC. is seeking a Network Security Engineer (Cisco Zero Trust) to support discovery, architecture design, and implementation of Cisco ZTA solutions for multiple clients in remote deployments.

You will translate client goals into Cisco ZTA roadmaps, guide deployments end to end, create documentation and training, and serve as the primary technical liaison from scope to delivery. This role requires 5+ years of experience and CCNP Security/CCNP Enterprise, with hands-on work on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services delivering Cisco network and security solutions.
• Ability to lead multiple ZTA design and implementation projects.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-207 and apply guidance to ZTA design decisions.
• Expertise with Cisco ASA, ISE, SASE, CDO, Secure Firewall.
• Experience in network segmentation, VPNs, and identity-based access control.
• CCNP Security or CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent).
• Experience in client relationships, scoping projects, and timelines/budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, architecture design, and implementation of Cisco ZTA for multiple clients across industries.
• Run security assessments and produce tailored ZTA roadmaps aligned to objectives and budgets.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary technical liaison for scope, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
• Configure, deploy, and validate Cisco ZTA components including SASE, CDO, ISE, Secure Firewall, and DNA Center.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization across diverse environments.
• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Deliver on-site and remote training to customer teams on ZTA concepts and administration.
• Support service delivery by meeting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and architects with project delivery methodologies.
