Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Network Engineer – Cisco ISE & Network Specialist to design, deploy, and sustain robust network environments with emphasis on Cisco ISE, authentication, and access management across enterprise and DoD domains.

The role requires DoD clearance, CCNP, routing/switching expertise, and scripting for automation. On-site at MacDill AFB, Florida, supporting SITEC-3 EOM operations with 24x7 responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD 8570 IAT II certification and CCNP.
• DoW TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years with HS, 10+ with AS/AA, 8+ with BS/BA, 6+ with MS/MA, 3+ with PhD.
• Proficient in Cisco ISE configuration, administration and integration.
• Strong networking, security and Zero Trust policy enforcement.
• Experience with scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Cisco ISE solutions with policy enforcement.
• Engineer secure, scalable network architectures across hybrid/physical environments.
• Implement NAC and Zero Trust and integrate with SIEM/ITSM.
• Create and maintain technical docs and network diagrams.
• Provide Tier II/III support; monitor health and performance; ensure compliance.
• Capture and resolve advanced network authentication and connectivity issues.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline network and security ops.
