The role requires hands-on experience with Nanotime, PrimeTime, Tempus, and SPICE, plus development of timing models and methodologies for unique macro designs. Strong digital circuit background with 6+ years at MS level or 8+ years at BS level is expected.

Competenze

• Requires deep submicron digital circuit design knowledge.
• 6+ years experience with Masters and 8+ years with Bachelor.
• Excellent understanding of deep submicron process issues & digital design techniques.
• Expertise with STA tools: Nanotime, PrimeTime, Tempus, SPICE.

Mansioni

• Drive timing analysis and signoff of custom circuit macros (digital, semi-custom, analog).
• Validate timing using STA tools and SPICE simulations.
• Collaborate with PD, DFX, Clocks and other teams on timing constraints and ECOs.
• Develop timing models and methodologies for custom macro designs.
• Transistor-level design, timing, schematic entry and layout delivery.
