Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Senior Circuit Design Engineer to join the Circuit Solutions Group. You will design custom circuit IP and drive silicon validation from architecture through post-silicon bring-up on test chips.

• 5+ years of experience in transistor-level circuit design and validation
• Strong understanding of digital, or mixed-signal circuit design, synthesis, and timing
• Hands-on experience with post-silicon bringup, lab measurements, and circuit debug
• Ability to analyze silicon data and communicate findings clearly across teams
• Proficiency with scripting or data analysis tools such as Python, Perl, or Tcl

You will design custom circuit IP and help bring novel designs to life on test chips, from simulation through post-silicon characterization and debug.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience bringing up and characterizing custom IP on test chips.
• Experience with voltage regulation, hardware security, or silicon monitor circuits.
• Familiarity with ATE testing, test modes, and bench instrumentation.
• Experience with statistical variation analysis and silicon-to-simulation correlation.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4, and 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
