Job summary

District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority seeks a Senior Program Manager, CIP Project Delivery to oversee contracts and technical direction for AE, construction, and CPD projects in the DC area.

You will supervise contract performance, coordinate schedules and budgets, and lead staff supporting project controls from concept through closeout. A BE/ABET-degree in engineering and 7+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering experience related to contract management and CIP planning, design, construction projects, management of budget, schedules, resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural/Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract management oversight as COTR for AE, Construction, and Collaborative Delivery contracts.
  • Monitor planning, design, schedules, budgets, PO sufficiency, and invoicing; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage contract deliverables for quality and accuracy; support OA and lifecycle PMs for CPD projects.
  • Assist the CO with claims and disputes management and contract modifications.
  • Oversee consultant/contractor performance evaluations and implement policy changes.
