You will mentor a small team, collaborate with business development and operations, and ensure work products meet scope, budget, and schedule. Leadership and technical excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires CIH designation and experience leading IH projects.
• Strong communication, report writing, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex IH projects from kickoff to final deliverables.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and IH Consultants.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Prepare clear technical reports translating exposure data into actionable recommendations.
