Job summary

SevenGen is seeking a Senior Industrial Hygiene Project Manager (CIH) to lead projects, mentor a team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You’ll combine technical IH expertise with project leadership to guide complex exposure assessments and ensure on-schedule, on-budget deliverables.

You’ll work with clients across industries, develop others, and represent SevenGen with professionalism and safety leadership, building long-term relationships while advancing the IH practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial hygiene consulting or related occupational health experience.
• Strong understanding of industrial hygiene principles, OSHA regulations, and ACGIH guidance.
• Experience leading projects and coaching or supervising technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex industrial hygiene projects through SevenGen's Proven Process, ensuring on-scope, on-budget, and on-time delivery.
• Plan and perform industrial hygiene assessments across diverse manufacturing environments.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and technical excellence.
• Prepare clear technical reports translating exposure data into practical recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Project Managers and Industrial Hygiene Consultants.
