Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Senior CIAM Security Professional to advance its Customer Identity & Authentication strategy across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid platforms. You will own engineering, operations, and security for authentication, federation, directory services, privileged access, and Zero Trust, enabling secure, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise IAM/CIAM platforms.
• Experience with modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience supporting MFA and Passwordless Authentication technologies.
• Experience with Entra ID, AWS Identity Services, Active Directory, LDAP.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management and Identity Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 engineering and operational support for IAM/CIAM platforms.
• Support modern authentication capabilities including SSO, MFA, Passwordless, Identity Federation, and Adaptive Authentication.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and security teams to implement identity solutions.
• Support cloud and hybrid identity platforms (Entra ID, AWS Directory Services, Active Directory, LDAP).
• Implement and support Privileged Access Management and Just In Time access provisioning.
• Assist onboarding of applications to centralized authentication platforms.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and directory integration issues.
• Perform deployments, platform upgrades, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor health, reliability, performance, and capacity of identity services.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce overhead and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to CIAM/IAM modernization initiatives.
