Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Senior CIAM Security Professional to advance our Customer Identity & Authentication strategy and support a scalable, secure identity platform. You will lead engineering, operations, and integration across authentication, federation, directory services, and privileged access to enable secure, frictionless experiences for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IAM/CIAM platforms.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM and Federation Services.
• Experience with MFA, Passwordless, Risk Based Authentication or Adaptive Authentication.
• Experience with Entra ID, AWS Identity Services, AD, LDAP.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 engineering and operational support for CIAM platforms.
• Support delivery and operation of SSO, MFA, Passwordless authentication, Identity Federation, and Adaptive Authentication.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and security teams to implement identity solutions.
• Support cloud/hybrid identity platforms including Entra ID, AWS Directory Services, AD, and LDAP services.
• Implement and support Privileged Access Management and Just In Time access provisioning.
• Assist onboarding of applications to centralized authentication platforms.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and directory integration issues.
• Perform deployments, platform upgrades, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor platform health, reliability, and capacity for highly available services.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Contribute to identity modernization initiatives.
