Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Sr. Security & Fraud Engineer to own and secure our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) environment and transaction monitoring ecosystem.

You will bridge cybersecurity infrastructure with fraud defense, designing, implementing, and tuning systems to detect external fraud and prevent account takeover in a PCI DSS context. The role requires deep IAM expertise, data-driven investigation, and hands-on work to defend real-time payment flows at POS and online checkout.

Qualifications

• Experience designing CIAM platforms and authentication/authorization architectures.
• Strong understanding of fraud patterns, velocity checks, and risk scoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and tune CIAM and fraud monitoring systems.
• Own real-time fraud engines and rule-sets to prevent card testing and account takeover.
• Collaborate with engineering and compliance to maintain PCI DSS-aligned controls and telemetry feeding.
