Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certified Causal Analysis Lead
• Experience in CI across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Startup and Operations processes

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project-specific continuous improvement program and risk-based strategy.
• Lead Six Sigma and data-driven analysis to measure initiative impact.
• Support CI leadership in performing Continuous Improvement tasks.
• Plan and select appropriate CI tools and methodologies.
• Analyze data across processes to measure effectiveness of improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and training on CI methodologies for staff.
• Contribute to standardized performance indicators for the project.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the project team.
