Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams as the Product Owner, ensuring alignment among business priorities, product strategy, and delivery execution.
• Provide vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout product lifecycles.
• Maintain a healthy backlog of prioritized work for delivery teams.
• Own major release planning and establish clear expectations for the delivery of new functionality.
• Understand business pain points, desired outcomes, and value drivers to articulate product value.
• Communicate effectively with executive, business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Bridge between business, product, engineering, architecture, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
• Mentor team members to improve technical and functional capabilities.
• Analyze work plans and schedules to reallocate resources and reprioritize product investments as needs evolve.
