Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is hiring to design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines as a managed service for US federal government projects. The role focuses on building Jenkins-based pipelines, reusable libraries, and templates to accelerate secure software delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Linux and Cloud platforms (AWS).
• Strong Java development knowledge (Maven, Gradle, Spring Boot).
• Proficiency in Groovy for Jenkins shared libraries and pipeline scripting.
• Expert with Nexus Repository Manager (artifact management, repository policies).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines for multi-team delivery.
• Create reusable Jenkins shared libraries and pipeline templates.
• Implement automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
• Manage Jenkins infrastructure and plugin ecosystem.
• Manage artifact lifecycle in Nexus (Maven, npm, Docker images).
• Monitor pipeline performance, optimize build times, ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide training and onboarding to development teams.
