Qualifications

• Three years of experience in systems, operations, procedures, research or analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, finance, CS or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent with three years of Green Belt project experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage improvement initiatives with diverse teams.
• Analyze processes, identify pain points, and implement countermeasures.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform decisions.
