Qualifications

• Three years of experience in systems, operations, procedures, research or analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science or related field (or equivalent background).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent incl. three years of Green Belt projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Excel, SQL).
• Experience with workflow automation solutions (Adobe Sign, Microsoft PowerAutomate).
• Ability to learn and work with various data and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage improvement initiatives: design, facilitate, and manage rapid improvement events with diverse teams.
• Process optimization: identify pain points, conduct root cause analysis, test countermeasures.
• Data analysis & visualization: collect, clean, analyze, and develop dashboards and reports.
• Business application integration: assist with automating and streamlining processes.
• Cross-department collaboration: partner with stakeholders across functions.
• Project management: manage multiple improvement projects with strategic alignment.
• Stakeholder engagement & change management: translate solutions and foster adoption.
