Qualifications

• Current Licensed HVAC Technician or verifiable experience servicing commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Water Cooled Chiller VFD troubleshooting experience.
• Chiller rebuild and startup/commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Steam boiler/system maintenance and combustion troubleshooting experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission a wide variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with customers on and off job sites.
• Assist in inventory and tool procurement for service vehicle.
• Adhere to safety policies and BMCC procedures.
