Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an HVAC Services Technician IV to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components. This role handles service projects from start to finish and ensures total customer satisfaction on every job.

The ideal candidate holds a current HVAC license and EPA certification, with chiller rebuild/startup and commissioning experience, crane signaling and rigging skills, and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Holds EPA Certification.
• Chiller rebuild experience.
• Startup & Commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Steam boiler/system maintenance, troubleshooting, service including setting combustion experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers while on/off site.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and tool procurement for the service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all safety procedures and policies.
