Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Services Technician V to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components. You will manage service projects end-to-end and ensure total customer satisfaction.

The role requires licensed technician status, EPA certification and extensive experience in water cooled chillers. Travel is minimal and safety compliance is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Holds EPA Certification.
• Water Cooled Chiller VFD Troubleshooting experience.
• Water Cooled Chiller Troubleshooting experience.
• Chiller rebuild experience.
• Startup & Commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Steam boiler/system maintenance, troubleshooting, service including setting combustion experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry competitors.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers on and off job sites.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and tools for the service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs BMCC safety procedures and policies.
