Qualifications

• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Holds EPA Certification.
• Water Cooled Chiller VFD Troubleshooting experience.
• Water Cooled Chiller Troubleshooting experience.
• Chiller rebuild experience.
• Startup & Commissioning experience.
• Crane signaling and rigging experience.
• Steam boiler/system maintenance, troubleshooting, service including setting combustion experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
• Tech IV skill level.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers on and off the job sites.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and tools for the service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all BMCC safety procedures and policies.
